Customers must agree to these Terms of Service to use Passveil (this service). If you do not meet the conditions set forth in these Terms, you cannot use the service.
By using Passveil, you are deemed to have agreed to comply with the provisions of these Terms.
Handling of Input Information
Customers explicitly agree to the terms of use and disclosure of information input into this service as stated in our most current Privacy Policy.
To maintain the integrity of the service, uploaded files may be scanned automatically or manually.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information and responses on our service, but we do not guarantee their completeness. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from errors or misunderstandings in the service content.
Service Usage Restrictions
Customers are prohibited from:
- Engaging in acts contrary to public order and morals
- Conducting business activities or profit-oriented actions
- Actions that cause disadvantage or damage to third parties and our company
- Sending harmful computer programs or emails
- Actions that violate laws, regulations, or ordinances
- Actions that may potentially violate or promote such actions

Detailed Prohibited Actions

Service Interruption/Suspension
We may temporarily suspend part or all of the service without prior notice in the following cases:
- When necessary for system maintenance
- When necessary to maintain system security
- In case of system failures

File Storage Disclaimer
Uploaded files are stored on our company's file servers with reversible encryption. The encryption keys are accessible by our company's development technical staff.
While we manage uploaded information strictly according to our company regulations, we make no guarantees regarding confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
We also do not guarantee that automatic access right deletion or automatic file deletion functions will complete reliably at the specified time.
We cannot be held liable for file loss, information leaks, or any other damages.
Terms Revision
We may revise these Terms at our discretion and establish supplementary regulations. Revisions or supplements to these Terms shall take effect when posted on our designated site. In such cases, members shall comply with the revised terms and supplementary regulations.
Anti-Social Forces
Both customers and our company mutually represent and warrant that neither themselves nor their officers or those with substantial management rights are currently or in the future members of anti-social forces (including but not limited to organized crime groups, their members, affiliated companies, general meeting representatives, and similar entities), and that they do not engage in transactions, associations, or relationships with such forces.
If either party is found to have violated this representation, the other party may immediately terminate all contracts and memorandums, with no obligation to provide economic benefits or compensation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, the local court with jurisdiction over our company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
